Koupon: Real Deals & Codes

What Koupon does

Koupon: Real Deals & Codes is a shopping app for finding discounts, sale prices and promotional codes across online retailers. It suits people who compare offers before buying, as well as anyone looking for a code to try at checkout. The app covers stores including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Macy’s, Best Buy and Newegg.

What you can check

• Browse available deals and promo codes by retailer or product.
• Review deal information such as product features, advantages, drawbacks and past discount patterns.
• Look for alerts about flash sales, unusually low prices, seasonal events and popular items.
• Use guidance for applying a code when a purchase requires a few extra steps.

Codes and checkout

Koupon says its promotional codes are checked for validity, which can help reduce the time spent testing expired offers. Codes are applied through the retailer’s own checkout rather than by sending payment details through the app. The reference information also says Koupon does not handle payment or other sensitive financial information.

Ratings and publisher

The app is listed in the Shopping category and is published by Koupon. It has a rating of 4.78 out of 5 from 3,560 reviews, with 100,000+ installs. Those figures indicate that it has been used by a substantial number of shoppers, while the review score offers one quick signal alongside the app’s stated features.
