MasterClass: Become More You

What the app does

MasterClass: Become More You is an education app built around filmed lessons from recognised figures in areas such as cooking, leadership, creativity and science. It suits people who prefer guided video learning, practical ideas and expert perspectives over formal courses with tests or certificates.

How learning is organised

Lessons are divided into shorter video segments, making it easier to follow one topic at a time or return to a subject later. The app also supports audio listening and offline access, which can be useful when a learner wants to continue without watching the screen or relying on a constant connection.

• Video classes led by notable professionals and public figures
• Topics spanning creative work, food, business, personal development and more
• Shorter lessons suited to flexible, self-directed use

Who it may suit

This is a better fit for curious learners looking for inspiration, broad knowledge or an introduction to how experienced people approach their work. It may be less suitable for someone who needs graded assignments, recognised qualifications or direct feedback from an instructor. The format is mainly watch-and-learn rather than hands-on classroom practice.

Ratings and publisher

The app is published by MasterClass Inc. and is listed in the Education category. It has a rating of 4.678851 from 24,634 reviews, with 1,000,000+ installs. Those figures suggest wide use and generally positive feedback, but they do not show whether its teaching style matches the person who will be using it.
